Hi,

please provide an option to disable the "estimations" from all details, e.g.: "2 years ago by somebody, updated 1 month ago"

instead showing: "31-05-2021 by somebody, updated on 07-05-2023 08:47"

Background: in an sensitive area (e.g. healthcare) we need a precise documentation when and who made what in case of lawing issues
