Allow weblinks to be disabled in Jira integration

We have a setup were we have enabled both development panel integration for jira and also jira issue integration.

I am using jira issue integration to be able to transition issues to closed state based on the workflow that is currently adopted by developers in the company(Using only "Close: TICKET" , not using the smart commits), that is why I want to both integrations installed.

However, when jira development panel is already there, there is no need to have weblinks in jira issue and that is cluttering the ticket. I want to be able to have an option to disable it here:
