Geo: Add DesignManagementRegistry to RegistrableType

Summary

After allowing registries to resync/reverify via GraphQL, we should add the new DesignManagementRegistry to the RegistrableType class to allow designs to use these actions.

We should also include this step in the SSF documentation templates when adding a new data type to the framework.
