Investigate how to display a code suggestion
Investigate how to display a code suggestion from a Visual Studio extension. Should look similar to competitors suggestions and the other GitLab Code Suggestion plugins.
This issue is not providing actual suggestions, just identifying how they can be displayed showing a simple (static) message.
