Insight
Once we have estimated wait time visualized, users want to filter that data by a time and/or date. This helps them see trends or even specific events.

So I think that is good, but the thing is it'll be much better if it is configurable. When I say configurable, if you can allow me like example, not example, basically an option where I can do this one for two year, two hours, yeah. For five hours or something like that. So plot, plot that chart in the next last like five hours or something that, so that I can see the mean wait time in this one because here it shows me like this is plus 3% in the last three days, which is good. Which is good. Which is very good. But the thing is, yeah, in this one is if this is configurable, that will be very good.
I wouldn't expect us to have highly detailed metrics like this longer than 24 or maybe 48 hours. And after that it can be rolled up and, or we may not even need it after that long to be honest.
three hours is probably good. It, I mean it would be handy if we could zoom in or out, but three hours is a good, a good reference frame of reference for things.
