Improve bypass options for initial db replication

There is a bypass flag that allows users to bypass the 30 second wait—--no-wait—but if a user doesn't see it in the documentation they are stuck waiting, or have to cancel and execute the command again.

It would be nicer to allow the user to type something to bypass the delay. Perhaps the user could be prompted to type skip if they want to proceed immediately?
