Backend: update `dotenv_variables` values to reflect correct `dotenv_variables` sizes
Summary
Premium tier user shows that they're getting "Dotenv files cannot have more than 20 variables". At the premium tier, customers should have up to 100 variables.

What is the current bug behavior?
Premium tier does not reflect the correct number of dotenv_variables
(100); currently shows 20.

These are the expected values by tier:
