What should we call a Service Desk Work Item?

Problem

In Service Desk, it is common to refer to work items as tickets. In product development, issues are colloquially referred to as tickets.

Can we avoid the naming conflict?

Decision

We are going forward with the boring solution and just calling the service desk work item a "ticket". It is the most common term in the industry.
