Epics that have a start date at the middle/end of the month or quarter are aligned to the start of the month or quarter
A customer reports that since their last upgrade, the gantt chart is misaligning the entries to the incorrect dates. It is aligning with the start of the month or quarter instead of the actual start date.
Behaviour before upgrade (version 15.4.6)

Behaviour after upgrade (version 15.10.2)
To reproduce (even on gitlab.com):
Create an Epic and configure the start date to be, say March 15. The go to road maps -> settings -> select the date range to 'This year' and then you will see the epic being shown to start from the beginning march in the gantt chart. See Zendesk ticket
Problem was reported for GitLab version 15.10.2. The customer has informed us they were able to reproduce it on gitlab.com too with the steps above.
