Remove old installation_creation_date metric

Takeaway from !119588 (comment 1381977696)

After implementing installation_creation_date_approximation, we want to get rid of the old metric it is replacing, installation_creation_date. However, we want to wait until ~1 milestone has passed so we can confirm the new metric is working as expected.
