Unable to unlock files locked by other users, directly from the file editor.

Summary

Users with the Owner or Maintainer role in a project can unlock any files from the Locked files tab under Repository > Locked files. However they cannot do this via the main repository files.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a project and lock a file (USER A)
  • Log in as another user (USER B) with at least the maintainer role
  • Attempt to unlock the file via the file editor in the repository (blanked out)
  • On the top bar, select Main menu > Projects and find your project.
  • On the left sidebar, select Repository > Locked files.
  • Unlock file.

User B should be able to unlock the file from both the file editor and the locked files tab.

User should be able to unlock the file from both the file editor and the locked files tab.
