Problem to solve
Email content often includes rich content that would be beneficial to the reader. Currently, GitLab strips out most of the rich content or uses the text version of the email when available.
Proposal
Keep the following rich contents: color, basic formatting (bold, italic, and underline), code blocks, tables, and inline images
