Feature Request: Wiki sidebar subfolders should start collapsed, not expanded

Proposal

Currently, when a user loads the GitLab wiki, the sidebar subfolders are expanded rather than collapsed. This can make it difficult to find necessary information, leading to a a frustrating user experience for users working on large projects. This feature request proposes that the wiki sidebar folders should start collapsed, allowing users to then expand when needed and more easily access data relevant to the projects being worked on.
