Investigate weekly and aggregate container registry GMAU

Context

In #404728 (closed) we added a new aggregated metric for container registry user data.

Problem to solve

The problem is that we are not seeing data show up in SiSense for the aggregated data or the weekly data.

Proposal

Investigate those particular metrics and find the root cause for why there is no data for them.
