Spurious "Private Token"?

On gitlab.com, I've found in my settings page (profile/personal_access_tokens) an access token named Private Token I don't recall having created. It says it was created Nov 16, I'm pretty sure I didn't create it. I've checked a secondary account (which I haven't used in months) and it also has a Private Token creted Nov 16.

What is this? Since the tokens cannot be viewed after creation there's no way I can use this token. What's the point? Or should I be worried someone has hacked my accounts?
