No-break space in description of labels converted to HTML entity

Summary

No-break space (U+00A0) entered to description of label shown as HTML entity   instead of raw symbol  .

Steps to reproduce

• Go to https://gitlab.com/GROUP/PROJECT/-/labels where GROUP and PROJECT are names of group and project respectively.
• Open dialog for adding a new label (push button New label) or editing existing label: click ⁝ → Edit
• Add No-break space to description field — press Compose and then twice space on Linux or Alt+0160 on Windows.
• Push button Create label / Save changes

What is the current bug behavior?

Description contains   instead of raw   character.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Correct behavior is to show raw character.
