several of my issues show updated 10 hours ago / May 1, 2023 4:04am GMT+0200 despite no activity in the issues:

for example https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/398148 has the last activity two weeks ago:

I think a look into server logs or database is necessary

What is the current bug behavior?

last update timestamp was changed without visible reason

What is the expected correct behavior?

last update timestamp is only changed when activity happens on the issue
