Search not returning List of my customers tagged issues via SFDC URL in CE/EE GitLab projects

Search not returning List of one of my customers tagged issues in community gitlab projects (CE or EE)

We're trying to compile a list of all of the issues on which we've added our Salesforce link, but the search results on gitlab.com only seem to search through the description of the issue. Since we've added our link in the comments on a number of issues, we're missing a lot of them in the search results.
