Link to TFS issue/bug/task from GitLab commit and merge request

• When creating a commit and sending it to GitLab, put in a TFS id, and in GitLab, the TFS id becomes a link to TFS's issue/bug/task.
• Same for a merge request in GitLab.
• Similar to JIRA and other integrations in GitLab.
