Ensure we gather logs from in-cluster components (agentk + auth proxy)

When we face issues like Invalid agent configuration YAML file breaks the agentk in production, the only way we'll be able to debug these issues is if we have an easy access to logs produced by these in-cluster components.

The acceptance criteria of this issue:
