Rename Review Process for Product Intelligence to Analytics Instrumentation

Problem

The group "Product Intelligence" was recently renamed to "Analytics Instrumentation". Any mentions or workflows depending on the old group name need to be adjusted now, this includes the the "Product Intelligence" review process.

These reviews are initiated by Dangerbot and include the labels product intelligencereview pending and product intelligenceapproved

Desired Outcome

Review process and the according labels are adjusted to the "Analytics instrumentation" name

How to verify

Open up an MR that touches usage_data.rb to see if the correct review and labels are triggered.
