Show error message below the [Create workspace] button

Flow

  1. Go to the Workspaces page
  2. Click [New workspace]
  3. Choose a project and agent
  4. Click [Create workspace]
  5. See error messages like "devfile is invalid," "system error," or something else

Show this message below the [Create workspace] button. Because it relates to this action.

Don't disable the [Create workspace] button because we didn't have any errors before (we have agents, we have a devfile)
