Create the ability to share dashboard files (import/export full dashboards)

Problem to solve

As a product analytics user, I want to share data with colleagues, so I can influence what we do next in the product /share our success of recent experiments.

GL Problem to solve: We want the existing users of product analytics to bring more users into the product by sharing data which leads to a view of the dashboard/signup for account/active user.

Proposal

Create a way to share a dashboard with the intent to link back to the data, encourage the user to signup and then interact with the data.
