Table Creation Problem Using CE with VoiceOver

Context:

Jeremy Elder gave a quick run-through of CE on Issues with Safari + VoiceOver and encountered a few Issues.

Worth noting that some of the problems identified could impact VPAT.

Problem Description:

VoiceOver does not detail well what size or type of table is being created. Arrowing does nothing when trying to create a table and adjust the size. When using tab and creating a table it is not created accurately.
