Gitlab-ee 14.9.3, push new commits to remote, the source branch can be updated, while merge request won't updated

Hi! I'm using Gitlab-ee 14.9.3, recently found a wired issue. When I create a merge request via gitlab web ui, and take actions through web ui, everything is fine, every action can generate the related event type, but if I push new commits via git command line, the branch can be updated, the merge reqeust page won't change any more, no events generate too.
