Geo: Improve and update Geo proxying doc page

Problem to solve

The Geo proxying functionality has undergone a number of changes and this page is becoming a little stale.

Not all data types are mentioned in the Features accelerated by secondary Geo sites table leading to some confusion about the behaviour.

It's not clear from the description what we mean by accelerated in this context.

Proxying is the default behaviour with an option to disable via a FF. The descriptions may lead users to believe proxying is an optional feature that you turn on.

Limitations are buried in the middle of the page make it harder to see.

Proposal

• Update Features accelerated by secondary Geo sites table
  • To show proxied and accelerated data types as these two mean very different things
  • Include all supported data types in the table to remove any ambiguity.
• Better describe what we mean by accelerated data types.
• Reflow some the text to highlight proxying is the default and disabling it is an exception.
• Move limitations to a location that it easier more visible on the page.
