Ability to set capacity for each iteration for the team

Feature Request: Public Sector Ultimate client using GitLab exclusively for project management has requested the ability to set capacity for each iteration for the team. For example, iteration, # Issues, weight, capacity, etc. This would help clients triage ad hoc tasking, manage expectations by senior leadership, and manage project management teams.
