Rename AwesomeCo to GitLab Data Seeder

Problem

The name "AwesomeCo" for this working group has always been temporary. This name needs to be changed to something permanent.

Proposal

Rename "AwesomeCo" and all its references in code and documentation to "GitLab Data Seeder", or simply "Data Seeder".
