Docs feedback: New curl command doesn't work (on current curl versions)

Since looking at the template selection somehow deleted my more elaborate bug report, here is a very quick one.

The changes made to the curl command here dc5d1f86 don't work for newer curl versions, the previous version of the curl command works.

Tested with curl 7.87.0 and 8.0.1 (both on MacOS).
