Summary

The pipeline mini graph currently uses etag polling for updates. Once the pipeline tables support GraphQL, we should update the pipeline mini graph with a subscription for getPipelineStageJobs query as well as getDownstreamPipelineJobs query

• The pipeline mini graph dropdowns supports real-time updates
