Fix styling of items in the context switcher area

Problem to solve

In the context switcher has mix of stylings and needs to be polished a bit more to better reflect the design intent.

Proposal

Use the outcome of decisions in #405035 (closed)

Draft:

• Show active state
• Alignment tweaking
• Update styling of view all buttons
• Fix styling of projects and groups items
• Remove Switch to... section header and replace the context with Switch context when the context switcher is active.
• Use collapsible sections for groups and projects
