Indicate that tokens show in GitLab GUI are not the entire/full tokens.
Problem to solve
Currently, when looking at the active runners we use a partial of the token as a title/identifier for each runner. In the current UI is not clear that this is just a part of the token and not the full token (for security reasons we don't show the whole token).

Add some sort of affordance (a tooltip potentially), to indicate that this is not the full token.
