Allow SaaS Customers to Increase Gitlab Pages Size Limits for a Specific Project

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Release notes

Currently, GitLab Pages have limitations for site size (1 GB) and the number of files (200,000). These limitations are not customizable in GitLab.com (SaaS), but self-managed has this capability. I'm proposing looking into a way to allow one-off customizations for SaaS customers if they are a certain ARR. I recognize this is a slippery slope with who you allow this option to and also it affects the GitLab infrastructure. However, it would be great for key accounts to have this option.
