Fix collapsible item stylings

A few things have not been polished yet to meet the design spec.

Proposal

Update the following stylings

Chevron colors

• Light mode: #333 → gray-400 #89888D
• Dark mode: #FFF → gray-500 #737278

Font size

• Use gl-font-sm for collection titles
