Incorrect username triggered when manual played jobs

the problem is similar with this issue that has not been resolved gitlab-foss#42648 (closed)

when user "johny" triggered pipeline with 5 jobs, but the last job is manual. and another user "rob" triggered the last manual job. but in history it show user "johny" who triggered that job.

how to solve this issue? thanks
