All images in the issue description should be part of Design management so that they can be commented on

All images in the issue description should be added automatically to the Design management section so that they can be commented on.

Any images I add to the issue description is part of the single source of truth (SSOT). If I have to add a separate image to design management so that people on my team can leave comments, I lose my SSOT because now I have two images that I need to maintain.

This would probably mean that the link to the image would link to the design management equivalent link.
