Related issues issue list should be a vertical list

• The related issues issue list should be the same design as the epic issue list. It should be a vertical list.
• The scope of this issue is just to get it in a vertical list, with the removal x all the way at the end of the row. The actual contents of each row item are out of scope for this issue.
• Presumably, the content should be just the title, the state (closed or open), and the issue path. Pending confirmation with engineering.
