In MR overview make links to the diff view of the suggested change

In the MR overview, in the Activity section, we see the suggested changes and corresponding lines of code.

MR Example: !101724 (comment 1149488291)

However, these line numbers are inactive, and navigating to the Diff view of the file and to the exact suggested change requires additional manual actions.

Proposal

Make line number from Comment on lines as links to the suggested change in the diff view of the file, and focus on the exact line of the file.
