Workspaces: Solve for authentication issue for Web IDE connection to VS Code server in the Workspace

When connecting through the Web IDE to a VS Code server running in a workspace, the requests should be authenticated. The Workspace Auth proxy at the moment requires a cookie to be set to indicate that the user has authenticated successfully which is not set when on the web ide.
