Add a filter to diff files list

It might be overwhelming to have lots of files shown at once on your screen, especially with big cross-functional MRs. Right now we have file filtering in a file tree but it doesn't apply to the file list.

We could either:

1. Add a separate filter for a file list
2. Apply the filter from a file tree to a file list
