Overview

Once we surface the CI/CD catalog to the pipeline editor, we could provide an autocomplete option in the pipeline editor for a better user experience.

• Relevant research insight:

• Users expected autocomplete options when trying to use the include syntax to reference templates / components from within their yml authoring workflow

Proposal

Once we come up with the conclusion from the discussions #402617 (closed), we could determine where we should support first in terms of auto-completion.

• ✅ We have autocomplete for keywords in the pipeline editor.
• We could provide a link to the component's repository link in the IDE.
