[New Audit Event]: Display sub-group deletion in top-level group

Summary

Currently the group events in the Audit Events Log includes "group deletion"

As a root-group owner, however, there's no way to retroactively determine who deleted a project unless the deletion is listed in the group Audit Event Log. This information is available at an instance level for admins.

Surface this info into the top-level Group audit events.
