Terminate workspaces after an agent has been disabled

  • At the moment when a workspace is disabled then we completely stop processing, i.e. we don't allow users to stop existing workspaces that the agent was responsible for. The purpose of this issue is to allow users to terminate existing workspaces that might be running, even if the agent is disabled.
  • Add validation to prevent any changes to the workspace if the agent associated to the workspace is disabled
