Vision statement:
We enable organizations to adopt good practices for secure handling of their sensitive information and data.
Overview
Product vision workshop provides an opportunity for the Product Manager and Product Designer of a stage group to come together and document vision of categories based on user insights, JTBDs and market insights.
Objectives
- Form an overview of a category/Stage group by bringing together all related insights at one place - such as JTBDs, User insights, highly voted issues, etc..
- Using Business Model Navigator by Gassmann, Frankenberger, and Csik, get clarity about the value chain, value proposition and the differentiation we'll be offering through our work.
- Condense this into a vision statement and document it in our handbook
