From April 2023 (about a week from now) - Apple will not accept production apps built with Xcode 14 (iOS 16.0) and below. The latest available image - macos-12-xcode-14 - therefore does not comply with this requirement, and we will need an image containing Xcode 14.1 / iOS 16.1 SDK.
