Search header does not allow of links in drop down

Summary

From a pipeline result page, I cannot interact with the search header for longer search strings

Steps to reproduce

Note: I am using FireFox and have the GitLab preferences layout set to Fixed

1. Navigate to: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/3977924603
2. Enter this search term in the search nav: ee/spec/lib/gitlab/elastic/indexer_spec.rb
3. Try to click any of the autocomplete items for where to search (gitlab project, gitlab-org group, or all gitlab)

What is the current bug behavior?

you cannot click (or right click) any of those items

What is the expected correct behavior?

You can click any of the where the search links and perform a search
