Update pipeline setup to support running E2E tests in CE mode

We sometimes might need to be able to run E2E tests in CE mode just to make sure everything works as expected. It is not possible at the moment.

Optional manual job to run package-and-test in CE mode should be added.

Tasks:

  • Add assets build in CE mode
  • Add manual trigger for package-and-test in CE mode
