What / Why?

We have been working through a renaming in Geo from Nodes => Sites: &10069

The Application Setting geo_node_allowed_ips should be updated to use geo_site_allowed_ips.

Proposal

1. Determine usage of geo_node_allowed_ips
2. Create new Application Setting geo_site_allowed_ips
3. Replace all BE and FE usages to use this new property
4. Sunset geo_node_allowed_ips
