Add support for Yarn berry dependency paths

Currently Gemnasium parser for Yarn berry process only packages without calculating dependency paths for affected dependencies. Yarn classic and berry have some differences in the way they compare versions. We can add dependency paths for Yarn berry by following an approach like the one on this comment.
