User profile page > Show profile header only in the overview page

This follows up on #382327 (closed) where one task involved removing the profile header from a user profile's pages, except for the overview one.

As those pages were being rewritten to Vue when that other issue was created, it was deemed preferable to defer that design change to after the refactor.
